📏 Mangalsutra, bangles and pendant sizes are clearly mentioned in product images. We kindly request you to double-check your measurements before placing an order. We’d hate for a perfect piece to feel not-so-perfect.
💔 Please understand that size issues aren’t eligible for return or refund.
🎥 And one more favor: when your package arrives, please record an unboxing video from all angles (360°). This helps us protect your experience and handle any damage claims with honesty and care.
📦 If you need to return your item, a ₹110 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Thank you for understanding.
⏳ 2. Return Window – Within 6 Days of Delivery
Sometimes, things don’t go as expected—and we understand. If you need to return or exchange, please do so within 6 days of receiving your order. After this period, we hope you understand we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible:

If you received a Vivah Special item as a gift, we want your joy to remain uninterrupted.
💝 Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a gift credit so you can choose something you truly love.
However, if the gift giver made the purchase directly for themselves and passed it to you later, the refund will be credited to their account.
