After you buy any of our products we make a packaging video of it while packaging it, if you request a packaging video, we will share it with you before sending the courier, so that you can be sure that you get the right product.

1. Please confirm product stock before purchasing any products.

2. It will be returned if you do not receive it for any reason after sending the courier from us.

3. Always take a full video of the parcel while opening it. which will be considered as evidence.

4. If the product is damaged, immediately after receiving the parcel, claim your return via WhatsApp or send a message for exchange, also share with us the detailed video of the product and the opening of the parcel.

5. Before buying any of our products, read all the information about it.

6. Refunds will be credited after we receive the product back in good condition with original packing. Used product returns will not be accepted.

7. The product should be returned within 1 to 2 days, returns will be accepted only if the product has not been used, used products will not be returned.

8. Refund processing will take 24-48 hours after product is received.

9. Customer will have to pay courier charges to return the product. The remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the courier charges.
